ASHBURN, VA – July 23, 2020 – AMAR Health Information Technology (AHIT) Joint Venture (JV), under the leadership of JV Member and Task Order Lead, Superlative Technologies, Inc. (dba SuprTEK), was recently awarded the Electronic Health Records (eHR) Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support Services contract with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
The objective of the eHR O&M Support Service contract is to provide the full range of technical Health IT O&M services required to support and sustain the eHR system and the specialized medical applications that are mission-critical to its operations. SuprTEK provides application training, Tier II/III eHR support, and Tier II/III MedPAR support. Other specific services include: project management support, system O&M support, MedPAR applications maintenance and enhancement support, application management services, and maintaining licenses.
AHIT/SuprTEK, along with our subcontractors, Qbase and Peraton Inc., the former incumbent team supporting the eHR O&M contract for the past five years, is uniquely qualified to continue providing ICE with exceptional O&M services. Our team’s relevant experience supporting the exact same scope and complexity of this task order allows us to expand and enhance the system to meet growing mission needs.
