On Friday, September 15, 2017, SuprTEK as the lead Joint Venture member of AAST, received an award notification for Application Management Support (AMS) on behalf of the Office of the Administrative Assistant (OAA) to the Secretary of the Army, Customer Relations Cell (CRC) – Applications Engineering. AMS services encompass functions for Application Maintenance and Sustainment, Application Management, Application Hosting, Application Help Desk, and Application Training. OAA consists of the Army Headquarters Services, Resources and Programs Agency, and Center of Military History that are located in the greater National Capital Region. Through AMS, SuprTEK will help CRC – Applications Engineering achieve the following objectives: accelerated solution delivery; improved customer responsiveness; improved cost estimating and monitoring; on-time solution delivery; merge the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Systems Engineering Framework (SEF); improved communication; and incorporation of industry best business practices. With our subcontractors CGI Federal and Netcentrics, SuprTEK with 40+ technologists will support this strategic and highly complex application engineering environment comprised of 60+ technologies and 80+ COTS, GOTS, and custom-built applications.
