In April 2017, Superlative Technologies, Inc. (dba SuprTEK) was awarded the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) Small Business contract. This $25-billion, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract allows CMS – a division of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) – to receive strategic, technical, and program management guidance and support, as well as services to facilitate the modernization of core business processes and supporting systems.  Task orders valued at $29 million or less are reserved for the small business pool. The IDIQ period of performance includes a five-year base and five-year option. SPARC provides the broadest opportunity to acquire innovative, cost-effective, and efficient solutions for meeting the mission and procurement-level objectives of CMS and HHS.
